What our contact form collects

When you request an Intake Audit or a demo, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• Your industry
• What you'd like: an Intake Audit or a demo
• Your website (optional)
• A message (optional)

The form also records which page of our site you sent it from.

Please don't include confidential information in the form. If you're a law firm, please don't include details about any legal matter.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your request and, if you order one, to deliver your Intake Audit. We may email you about that request. We don't add you to a newsletter.

We keep your request and our emails only as long as needed to handle it, and delete them on request.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.
• Formspree handles our contact form. When you submit it, your details, along with technical data such as your IP address, pass through and are stored by Formspree so they can be sent to us. If JavaScript is turned off in your browser, Formspree may show its own confirmation or spam-check page, which can include Google reCAPTCHA.
• Zoho Mail handles our email. Your request and our replies are stored in our Zoho Mail inbox.

We don't use these details for anything else.

We don't sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

No tracking cookies or analytics

This website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools.

Asking us to delete your data

Email hello@intakrahq.com and ask us to delete your details. We'll delete your form submission and our email conversation with you, and confirm by email when it's done.

Client systems are separate

This page covers this website only. When we set up Intakra for a client, the system runs in the client's own accounts, and the client's leads are stored there.
